Rishabh Rajendra Pant who was born on 4 October 1997 in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India is left-handed wicketkeeper-batsman. He played for Dehli in IPL and Dehlu Capitals. He was named in India’s squad for the 2o16 Under-19 Cricket World Cup where he made fastest under-19 fifty for just 18 balls. He played his debut ODI against West Indies on 21 October 2018 and Test Debut against England on 18 August 2018. He was named as ICC emerging player of the year 2018.

Pant was born in Haridwar, Uttarakhand to Rajendra Pant and Saroj Pant. He started playing cricket from a young age under Tarak Sinha at the Sonnet Cricket Academy. His coach guidance helped him to move to Rajasthan to play U-13 and U-15. Pant made 150 scores against Assam while playing for Dehli.

His international Test career is awesome where he has only played 9 matches and nailed two centuries and 2 fifties with an average of 49.71 which is remarkable however his career in limited overs is also limited, he has not yet exposed his natural game in ODIs.
