Pakistan Cricket Board

The Shaheens, Green Shits, Men in Green are the cricketing titles of Pakistan Men’s National Cricket Team who is purely administered by PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board). The team includes all members as directed by International Cricket Council and also considered the early Test Team in Aisa. Pakistan Cricket Team plays all formats of the game including Tests, ODIs and T20 Internationals.

Pakistan was given a Test status on 28th of July, 1952 as per the recommendation by India and also played the first Test at Feroz Shah Kola Ground, Dehli against India. Pakistan has won 136 and lost 128 Tests out of 423 till to date. Pakistan won 479 ODI’ and lost 406 out of 912 ODIs. Pakistan is the Winner of ICC Cricket World Cup 1992 and the runner-up of ICC Cricket World Cup 1999. Pakistan along with India and Srilanka hosted 1987 and 1996 Worldcups.

PCB issued a contract with Pakistani Cricket players along with their Categories for the July 2018 to June 2019. Almost 33 players were selected for these categories and only 6 players were able to make their position in A category and 6 in B while others were ranked from C to E. Their monthly salary is also given below.

Category A: PKR 800,000

Category B: PKR 500,000

Category C: PKR 350,000

Category D: PKR 200,000

Category E: PKR 100,000
