Muhammad Babar Azam is one of the finest batsmen of the world in modern cricket, he is the only Pakistani to surpass several records at such a young age. Babar Azam was born in Lahore, Pakistan on 15 October 1994. He plays all three formats of the game. Babar lead Pakistan Under-19 Cricket team as a Captain at the 2012 ICC Under 19 Cricket World Cup. He has scored most runs by any batsman after 25 ODIs. Currently, Babar Azam is No.1 batsman in T20 International rankings.

He is the first batsman in the world to cross 1000 runs in T20 Cricket breaking the record of Virat Kohli of 27 Innings at just 26 innings. Babar opened his eyes in an Islamic family and grew up in the Walled City of Lahore. He also started his domestic cricket from the Walled City of Lahore. His three cousins Kamran Akmal, Umar Akmal, and Adnan Akmal represented Pakistan in International Cricket.
